Our Team

AVL founder, Chris Schwalbach, pioneered and architected the successful model for fractional CFOs. In 2009, Chris helped a few early-stage companies with their business plans, capital raises, and financial models and noticed no company offered a fractional finance and accounting team as a professional service on demand. AVL Growth Partners was born to help entrepreneurs pivot from grow to scale with a suite of finance and operational services. Fast forward a few years, and AVL has expanded its offering to support organizations with human resource services. Meet our team.
